Most MMO's I've played free up the name after some time and when you get back you have to be lucky it's not taken as you were gone, if it was you'd need to choose a new name. Is that the same in EVE?

It worked! Took a bit to figure it out and it's rather silly you have to do it like this, but it worked and that's all that matters. Now the Neocom is in the same order and the windows act in the same way. Thanks
